The company has been in existence for over 40 years and involved in manufacturing modular buildings for over 30 years. Initially the business supplied only temporary buildings, or 'Units' for hire. Today the hire business continues to flourish but increasingly, alongside its hire business, the company is gaining a reputation for erecting high specification permanent modular buildings.

Modular building can be used as an alternative to traditional construction for most buildings and for a wide variety of uses. However, to take optimum advantage of Modern Methods of Construction [MMC], it is better that modular buildings, for temporary or permanent use, are constructed Off-Site, rather than building in situ using pre-fabricated buildings.

Adroit Group has now moved into their new home in Bromsgrove. Adroit Construction have also moved to Avon House (see the Construction site for more details).

The business is changing not only the face of construction in the UK but also their own identity with the introduction of a new corporate brand being introduced over the next few months.
