For over 30 years Adroit Modular Buildings has been supplying temporary modular buildings to a wide variety of public and private sector organisations.

In 1995 AMB introduced the successful RapidRoom range of galvanised steel-framed modules, to withstand the rigours of multiple relocations. Modules can be used singly, with or without jacklegs, or joined side-by-side, or end-to-end to form larger temporary modular buildings. The basic design can be stacked up to two storeys high, internal and external staircases can be supplied, lifts can be installed to comply with the Disability Discrimination Act.

The standard external finish is colour-coated steel, but almost any other cladding can also be supplied. PVCu windows and external doors are standard, roofs are typically shallow pitched, but normal pitched roofs are also available. Designed primarily for AMB's own Hire Fleet, these modules are robust enough to withstand multiple relocations, but are also available for sale as permanent buildings, which can be relocated if required.

Permanent Products

Modular construction can be used on its own, or integrated with traditional methods, to take advantage of the benefits of off-site construction, whilst using traditional methods to finish the building on site.
