Market Sectors - Offices

Modular Buildings can be used to provide flexible permanent or temporary office accommodation for anything from one or two personnel to complete departments.

Modular Offices can be stand-alone buildings, or added as extensions to existing buildings where additional accommodation is required. Modular Buildings can be used to provide cost-effective permanent or temporary offices outside, or even inside, large open-plan industrial buildings from warehouses to factories. Some modular buildings can be very 'boxy' and purely functional.

In many cases, especially for temporary buildings, this may not matter - rectangular boxes can make the most efficient use of space and the internal environment can be made as good, if not better, than many traditional buildings. More attractive, even prestigious office buildings can also be built using fully-fitted pre-fabricated modules.

One of the biggest advantages of modular buildings is that they can be installed on site much more quickly than conventional buildings and with much less disruption to on-going activities. This is particularly beneficial when additional office accommodation is required to extend existing facilities.

Modular Offices can be sited in, or even over car parks or other areas, or even installed on top of existing buildings (subject to structural considerations) making the most efficient use of existing space.
