Based on purpose built galvanised steel-framed modules.
Modules can be manufactured to order in any size up to 12m long and 4m wide.
These buildings comply with the latest Building Regulations including Approved Document Part L2.
The basic design is capable of being stacked up to three stories high.
Roofs can be pitched, mansard, or flat.
A wide variety of external finishes can be used, including traditional wet-brick, stone, or brick slip.
Modular System Buildings can be integrated with more traditional on-site construction techniques to combine the benefits of off-site construction, with the flexibility of traditional architecture.
The buildings are suitable for permanent, or semi-permanent applications, with a design life of up to 60 years, if maintained properly.
Additional modules can be added to extend traditional or modular buildings and modules can even be reconfigured, or relocated if necessary.
