Permanent Products - Timber

Based on timber-framed modules, reinforced with steel 'C' plates.
These buildings comply with the latest Building Regulations including Approved Document Part L2.
Roofs can be pitched, mansard, or flat.
The normal finish is stippled plywood, but other finishes, including hard [typically cedar] or soft-wood cladding & Stenni can also be applied.
The basic design is suitable for single storey buildings.
The buildings are suitable for permanent, or semi-permanent applications, with a design life in excess of 15 years, if maintained properly they can last for more than twice the design life.
